Where to begin… on day one we took another Free Sandeman Walking
Tour in the morning. We got to see lots of sites
throughout the city like The Barcelona Cathedral, The Gothic Quarter, King Martin’s Watchtower, Picasso
in Barcelona, The Roman Ruins and so much more.

Then in the afternoon we took the Gaudi and Modernisme tour. We got to see lots of interesting and thought provoking architecture. Places like Casa Battló, Casa Amatller, Casa Milà (though it had scaffolding on it), Passeig de Gràcia with all of the intricate tiles (reminded me of the crazy puzzles teachers had for indoor recess) and Sagrada Familia.
