On day six we drove from Durham to Edinburgh and checked into the hotel. It was a huge place pretty cool too.

We took a bus into the city and did the walking tour. We got to see a lot of sites and take some cool pictures.

We saw the coffee house where JK Rowling wrote the first and second Harry Potter. We went to a graveyard where she probably got a lot of ideas for names like Tom Riddle, McGonagall, Moody, and more.

We walked along the Royal Mile and ate dinner at a little bistro. Edinburgh is a very cool city. There are lots of cool buildings and little streets to wander down.
On day seven we were off to St. Andrews. A really cool little place with a lot of character. We also stopped at Stirling Castle.

On day eight we spent some more time in Edinburgh. It was raining most of the day so we spent some time in the National Museum of Scotland and the Castle.
